Two ways to sponsor Reptile Adventure Camp.
1. As a company, or individual, sponsoring our program.
2. As a company, or individual, sponsoring a child to attend our program.
Minimum $500 sponsorship per camp season gets your company:
1. Name, logo, phone number and website on the back of our 500 camp T-shirts.
2. Name, logo, phone number and website on our summer camp website.
3. A thank you letter from our camp director.
You can sponsor a child you know simply by getting their parents/guardians to fill out the registration form and bring it to Reptile Adventure Camp. Attach a letter of intent to provide the funding for the child to attend our program and we will contact you to arrange registration payment.
If you would like to sponsor a child from a low-income family situation please send us a cheque to “Reptile Adventure Camp” with “child sponsorship” on the memo line. We work with many groups and organizations who always appreciate extra funding in order to send children to programs they otherwise may not have access to because of financial restraints.
As a “child sponsor” you will receive a letter of recognition from our camp director, and if you wish your name will be added to our community sponsorships page on our summer camp website. Your support is always appreciated.
Reptile Adventure Camp is always looking for mutually beneficial community sponsorships. If you have something to offer us we would be more than willing to discuss the possibility of a partnership. Past partnerships with us have included new equipment, bus rentals, camp t-shirts, and entrance fees to zoological institutions and field trip locations. I will entertain any partnership idea!
Reptile Adventure Camp is now willing to donate TO ANY non profit organization or charitable event at ANY time. We want to be able to support all the local charitable events and fundraisers in our community, and this is one way we can feasibly accomplish this goal.
Reptile Adventure Camp is able to donate one $25.00 camp registration gift certificate for every 25 in attendance to any event or organization. The charity MUST have a charitable organization # or a not-for-profit organization #. If the event has 100 people in attendance we would be able to donate 4 cards…and so on.
The $25.00 camp registration cards are redeemable for any summer camp registration, not valid with any other offers, and are applicable to new campers only. These have no cash out value, and are non transferable to other programs or merchandise.
Reptile Adventure Camp would like to be recognized wherever possible for these community contributions. Logos, company names, and website links are much appreciated on any websites, fliers, tickers, posters or other event materials.
